Erectile dysfunction is a common problem in older men that is best managed in general practice.

At the end of this module, the registrar will be able to:

• Demonstrate knowledge of erectile dysfunction, including its aetiology and risk factors
• Assess patients with erectile dysfunction as part of a cardiovascular risk assessment
• Manage patients with erectile dysfunction, including use of medications and appropriate referral
