Itchy red eyes

Mary presents to you  with a 5 week hstory of bilateral red, sore, itchy eyes and runny nose (rhinitis). Her vision is only slightly blurry if at all and she is mildly light sensitive (photophobia) . She has been sneezing and has nasal congestion. Itchiness is the hallmark symptom.​
