Patient's symptoms:

• Max presents with red, sore, irritated, itchy eyes and eyelids.

• He says his vision is a bit blurry in both eyes and he reports using Visine eye drops from the pharmacy this morning.



Patient's Signs:

bilateral swollen eyelids that are hot and red, watery eyes



Ocular signs:

• ​conjunctival chemosis

• mild superficial punctate keratitis that stains diffusely with fluorescein

• blepharitis

• conjunctivitis

• swollen lacrimal passage and pharynx​
