Baby Alice has had 2 urinary infections by the age of 8 months. ​

 

Her mother is concerned that Alice's vagina looks different. She noticed a bit of discharge on the nappy so she explored her vulva more closely. ​

 

She was horrified to find that the vagina had closed over and was very worried that she was abnormal. She presents to you for further advice.
